| ZCJ02insulating glass inflator is a special equipment using for producing the aluminium and rubber strip
type insulating glass. This equipment adopts the imported famous brand microcomputer controller, fulfill
the automatic operation. Other spare parts are all high quality brand products, which can guarantee the
reliable working effect. With small cubage and four universal wheels were installed on the bottom rack,
makes the moving and operation more convenient. This equipment can charge the Argon Gas for four
pieces insulating glass at one time, it's a indispensability equipment for improving the performance of the
insulating glass. |

| APPLY CONDITIONS: |
| 1. Argon Gas Pressure: 0.1Mpa, Flux: 0-15L/min |
| 2. Ambient Temperature: 0-40 degrees centigrade. |

| INSTALLATIONS & ADJUSTMENT: |
| The equipment should be lay aside in the room with temperature between 0-40 degrees centigrade, and
also in the non-dust cement floor. Connect the trachea with the argon gas storage holder, switch on the
valve of the gas storage holder, and then checking whether there is air-leaking at the joint of tracheathe
and argon gass storage holder. |

| TECHNICAL PARAMETER ADJUSTMENT BEFORE THE GAS CHAGRING: |
| Gas Charging Speed Adjust: The adjustment of the gas charging speed is realizes through the adjustment of the miniature flow control valve. In the situation of small glass size, any increasesing of the pressure will
speed up the gas charging speed and enhances the production efficiency directly; in the situation of big glass
size, should reduce the gas charging speed suitably to avoids the insulating glass to be damaged by the high gas pressure excessively. |

| WORKING PROCESS: |
| 1. Switch on the power supply key, indicater light will be turned on. |
| 2. Set up the gas pressure according to the glass size. |
| 3. Put the insulating glass on the rack placidly.(The insulating glass should be with in-out gas charging holes,
the in-charging holes should be on the top position.) |
| 4. Connect the in-out charging holes, turn on the charging switch, gas charging indicater light turned on, and
gas charging start. |
| 5. When the interior argon content achieved above 98% in the insulating glass, primary control PLC will returns
information according to the gas detector, the gascharging indicator lamp is on, and gas charging will stop
automatically. |
| 6. Turn off the gas switch, take down the in-charging valve, seal up the in-charging holes immediately. After
sealing up the holes, take down the out-charging valve, and seal up the out-charging holes immediately. Single circle operation process ompleted. |

| NOTE FOR OPERATION: |
| 1. Gas detector switch shold not be open and close optionally, in case of damage the probe or pull apart the
electric wires. |
| 2. Seal up the in-put gas charging holes immediately after the gas charging completed, in case of gas leaking. |
| 3. The argon gas content that the equipment received is the content close to the out-charging holes, the interior
argon gas content shoud be higher than the content received by the equipment. |
| 4. In case of workers security protection, the equipment should be grounding. |

| MAINTENANCE: |
| 1. Checking the gas supply filter and the Argon gas filter is clean or not, clean it up regularly. |
| 2. Checking the interior of the trachea is clean or not, clean it up regularly. |
