2.4 There are automatic heating balance system which can adjust automatically according to the thickness and the size of the glass, insuring glass heated evenly.
2.5 Insulating materials are exported materials with perfect performance. It needs 4 hours to rise temperatures from 20℃ to 700℃. When the outlet surface temperature of oven is no more than 40℃, it’s less 15℃ for natural decreasing temperatures. The installed power is small and product energy is low.
2.6 The heating furnace is divided into upper and lower parts. The upper part can freely move up and down by the roof lifting mechanism for easy maintenance. The ceramic roller is imported one, the quality good and serving life long.
